يبين الزرنوجي آداب طلب العلم للمتعلم ليصل إلى مقصوده في تحصيل العلم. فيوضح ماهية العلم والفقه، وأهمية النية في حال التعلم، وأهمية اختيار العلم والمعلم والشريك والثبات على ذلك، وأهمية تعظيم العلم والجد في طلب العلم ووقت التحصيل، وما يورث الحفظ وما يورث النسيان، وما يجلب الرزق وما يمنع الرزق.

Summary

The author explains the ethics of learning which help the student to study effectively and reach his aim. He also clarifies the essence of knowledge and the importance of intention while studying. Moreover, he emphasizes the importance of the correct selection of the field of studying, the teacher, and the companion. Finally, he glorifies seeking knowledge, mentions the correct time of acquiring knowledge, causes of memorization and forgetting, and causes of provision and its preventives.
