هذا كتاب عظيم جمع فيه المصنف المسائل المفتى بها التي انتخبها من كتب الفتاوى مثل: المحيط البرهاني والذخيرة والظهيرية وغيرها، وذكر أنه أشار إلى جمعه الخان اﻷعظم تاتارخان ولم يسم ولذلك اشتهر به. قدم المصنف لكتابه بابًا في تعريف العلم وفضله وأهله، ثم شرع في مسائله، مرتبا إياه على أبواب كتاب "الهداية"، متناولًا فيه جميع مسائل الفقه الحنفي مثل الطهارة، والصلاة، والجنائز، والسجدات، والزكاة، والعشر، والخراج، والصوم، والحج، والنكاح، والطلاق، والنفقات، وغير ذلك من أبواب الفقه المعروفة. |

In this book, the author demonstrates all Ḥanafī jurisprudencial issues mentioned in various texts, amongst are al-Muḥīṯ al-Burhānī, al-Ẓaḫīra, and al-Ẓahīriyya, as he was told to do by al-AmīrTātārḫān. It has an introduction that illustrates all about knowledge and its virtues.Ạdopting the same order of al-Hidāya, he starts explaining all judicial questions in the Ḥanafī doctrine, such as: purification, prayers, fasting, pilgrimage. etc |
